Fixed sandbox!! [Images] fixed rivers

YAY!!! I fixed it :p

I fixed some of the Detail issues with the rivers that Twstd, Thorsell, and Jordan44 had mentioned.

River Detail: 120%

Performance: 59 FPS at maximum settings

Level of optimization: 60% better framerates with placed occluders.

Visuals sacrificed for optimization: 0%
